We are particularly attached to a harmonious relationships with our clients.
This requires transparency in terms of the pricing mechanism of our fees.

We offer various fee schemes. The client may choose between different methods, ranging from hourly fees or lump-sum fees when possible, or a pricing based on a “success fee”. In addition, we offer subscription schemes for longer term advice.

The following elements can influence the calculation of our fees: the urgency of the case, the complexity of the questions asked, the specialisation or expertise of the lawyer, the importance of the case, the duties to be performed, the chance of recuperation of the requested amount, etc.

Our firm does not charge any secretarial fees.

We have chosen to opt for a very flexible structure, which allows us to keep our fees at a competitive rate.
In every case, a letter of mandate summarizing the terms of our support as well as our general conditions are systematically communicated to our clients to seek their agreement.
