The law firm ‘le Hardÿ & Paternostre’ was founded in 2016.

Our team is composed of 5 lawyers (2 partners and 3 associates).

We provide legal services in Business Law in the broad sense.

Our particular fields of competence are Company Law, Insolvency Law, Commercial and Distribution Law.

In concrete terms, we support our clients in writing legal documents or contracts, in delivering daily advice or specific legal opinions. We also drive negotiations, mediation and litigation alongside our clients.

Thanks to our network, we are able to offer a global service to the different economic actors in the most technical areas.

In our contact with clients, mainly consisting of companies, we attach particular importance to rigour, continuous availability, reactivity and full transparency.

Each file will be subject to a strategic and pragmatic analysis in order to reach the determined goal.
 
We handle cases in French, Dutch and English.
