Insolvency Law

Insolvency Law makes the link with other law branches, such as Security Law, Bank Law, Labour Law or Real Estate Law.
We are consulted on a regular basis with regards to these types of cases, for which we can rely on the expertise of some members of our Law Firm. Some of them are regularly designated as court officer, mandated  to transfer all or part of a companies’ assets under judicial control. We can also benefit from their education in Corporate Finance.

We are regularly called upon by clients in order to advise, accompany and represent them:
  • In general, in proceedings related to bankruptcy and judiciary reorganisation by amicable settlement, collective agreement or by transfer of all or part of companies under judicial control;
  • Particularly, in specific situation related to insolvency (such as : implementation of a retention of title clause, pledge or mortgage, call on granted guarantees, various seizure procedures).
