
Dimitri Paternostre
Dimitri graduated in 2005 as a Master in Law after studying at the ‘Facultés Universitaires Saint-Louis’, the ‘Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve’ (last semester at the ‘Queen's University of Belfast’).Dimitri graduated in 2006 as a Master in International Relations and Conflict Management and was employed as an intern at the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations.
Dimitri joined the Brussels Bar in 2007. After having completed his bar internship, he experienced the corporate world in-house: For two years Dimitri workedas legal advisor with Orange. In parallel, he followed complementary studies in Corporate Finance at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
Following that experience, he joined the ‘WTT Law Firm’ in 2012 where he became partner.
Convinced by the entrepreneurial challenge, he launched, with Tibault, the Law firm ‘LHP’ in January 2016.
Since 2017, Dimitri has been teaching (together with Tibault) the course ‘The creation of enterprises: law and legislation’ at the EFP-school (‘Ecole de Formation Professionnelle’), aimed at future entrepreneurs who wish to start their own projects.
In December 2020, Dimitri was authorised by the Brussels Bar to be called a "expert in the law of companies in difficulties".
In February 2021, Dimitri was appointed by the Federal Commission as mediator in civil and commercial matters.
