Tibault le HardÿTibault graduated from the ‘Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve’ as a Master in Law in 2006 (last semester at the ‘Katholieke Univeristeit of Leuven’).
He then further deepened his expertise by following a complementary Master in Corporate Law at the ‘Katholieke Universiteit Brussel’ in 2006-2007.
Tibault joined the Brussels Bar in 2007.
With over 8 years of practice in a law firm in Brussels, he acquired a broad experience in Business Law, which he complemented with a short exchange at law firms in London and Glasgow. Tibault also followed studies in Corporate Finance at ‘ICHEC.
He is regularly called upon by the Brussels Commercial Tribunal to be a court officer, mandatedto transfer all or part of a companies’ assets under judicial control.
Since 2017, Tibault (together with Dimitri) has been teaching the course: ‘The creation of enterprises: law and legislation’ at the EFP-school (‘Ecole de Formation Professionnelle’), aimed at future entrepreneurs who wish to start their own projects.
In September 2018, Tibault was authorised by the Brussels Bar to be called a "expert in the law of companies in difficulty".
